THE STEP GALLERY
We sell prints, photography and original design-led work by emerging and more established artists, makers and photographers. Our vibrant arts programme features a new exhibition every six weeks and we host popular launch parties to meet the artists over a glass of wine…or two.
We also sell handmade cards for all occasions and host creative workshops & talks (check our events page for further information).
THIS MONTH’S EXHIBITION
Studio 306 Collective. The Chocolate Factory – 23rd April to 19th May 2013
Studio 306 are a group of skilled arts and craft practitioners, who have come together to form an exciting community enterprise. They specialise in designing handcrafted, high quality ceramics, jewellery, textiles, and screen-printed products.
The aim of the studio is to empower disadvantaged local individuals who are recovering from mental illness by offering them a creative space where they can rediscover forgotten skills, develop new ones and boost their confidence.
Studio 306 is a not-for-profit organisation, so any money they make from the sale of artwork goes straight back into the collective.

Nancy Edwards
Nancy takes inspiration from her surroundings. Her illustrations are often direct responses to the environment, its diversity and architecture. She uses both hand drawn techniques and digital processing.
Indigo Elephant
Indigo Elephant is a small creative business based in Hampshire making hand printed wrapping paper, gift tags and cards all with a sense of humour. All products are eco-friendly.
